以上(shang)幾(ji)種標(biao)準(zhun)除了一些基本尺(chi)寸(cun)如(ru)頭(tou)部(bu)對邊、頭(tou)部(bu)厚度等(deng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)不(bu)同(tong)以外(wai)(wai)，最主要的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)部(bu)分的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)不(bu)同(tong)。GB、DIN、JIS等(deng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)都有(you)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)以MM（毫米）為(wei)(wei)單(dan)位(wei)，統稱為(wei)(wei)公(gong)(gong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)。另像ANSI、ASME等(deng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)以英(ying)(ying)(ying)寸(cun)為(wei)(wei)單(dan)位(wei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)稱為(wei)(wei)美(mei)(mei)標(biao)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)。除了公(gong)(gong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)和(he)美(mei)(mei)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)外(wai)(wai)還有(you)一種BSW—英(ying)(ying)(ying)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)標(biao)準(zhun),其螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)也(ye)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)以英(ying)(ying)(ying)寸(cun)為(wei)(wei)單(dan)位(wei)，俗稱惠氏螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)。 公(gong)(gong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)以MM（毫米）為(wei)(wei)單(dan)位(wei)，它的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)牙(ya)尖角為(wei)(wei)60度。美(mei)(mei)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)和(he)英(ying)(ying)(ying)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)都是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)以英(ying)(ying)(ying)寸(cun)為(wei)(wei)單(dan)位(wei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)。美(mei)(mei)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)牙(ya)尖角也(ye)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)60度，而英(ying)(ying)(ying)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)牙(ya)尖角為(wei)(wei)55度。由于計量單(dan)位(wei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)不(bu)同(tong)，導致了各(ge)種螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)表(biao)示方法也(ye)不(bu)盡相同(tong)。例如(ru)像M16-2X60表(biao)示的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)就(jiu)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)公(gong)(gong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)。他的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)具(ju)體意思是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)表(biao)示該螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)絲(si)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)公(gong)(gong)稱直徑(jing)為(wei)(wei)16MM，牙(ya)距為(wei)(wei)2MM，長度為(wei)(wei)60MM，又如(ru)：1/4—20X3/4表(biao)示的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)就(jiu)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)英(ying)(ying)(ying)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)，他的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)具(ju)體意思是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)該螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)絲(si)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)公(gong)(gong)稱直徑(jing)為(wei)(wei)1/4英(ying)(ying)(ying)寸(cun)（一英(ying)(ying)(ying)寸(cun)=25.4MM），在一英(ying)(ying)(ying)寸(cun)上(shang)有(you)20個牙(ya)，長度為(wei)(wei)3/4英(ying)(ying)(ying)寸(cun)。另外(wai)(wai)要表(biao)示美(mei)(mei)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)絲(si)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)話一般會在表(biao)示英(ying)(ying)(ying)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)絲(si)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)后面加上(shang)UNC以及UNF，以此來區別(bie)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)美(mei)(mei)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)粗牙(ya)或是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)美(mei)(mei)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)細牙(ya)。在平時的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)內銷業務中，我們最常遇到(dao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)標(biao)準(zhun)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)GB（國標(biao)）和(he)DIN（德標(biao)）。

東(dong)莞螺絲廠(chang)在(zai)生產(chan)品方(fang)面(mian)，主要會接(jie)觸到(dao)以下(xia)幾種標準：

GB30；GB5783；GB5782；GB52；GB6170；GB818；GB819；GB845；GB846；GB70；DIN912；DIN933；DIN931等(deng)。目前GB30（老國(guo)標(biao)）在(zai)標(biao)準書中已(yi)被GB5783（新(xin)國(guo)標(biao)）所代替(ti)。GB52（老國(guo)標(biao)）在(zai)標(biao)準書中已(yi)被GB6170（新(xin)國(guo)標(biao)）所代替(ti)。 在(zai)1986年，國(guo)家對(dui)標(biao)準件制定了新(xin)標(biao)準，一般俗稱為(wei)(wei)(wei)新(xin)標(biao)，使用最多的主要(yao)有GB5780、GB5781、GB5782、GB5783、GB5784。GB5780為(wei)(wei)(wei)六(liu)(liu)角(jiao)(jiao)頭粗桿(gan)半(ban)牙(ya)螺(luo)(luo)絲(si)(si)，其(qi)(qi)(qi)精(jing)(jing)度等(deng)級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)為(wei)(wei)(wei)C級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)產品，可(ke)用GB5782來(lai)代替(ti)（GB5782為(wei)(wei)(wei)六(liu)(liu)角(jiao)(jiao)頭粗桿(gan)半(ban)牙(ya)螺(luo)(luo)絲(si)(si)，其(qi)(qi)(qi)精(jing)(jing)度等(deng)到級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)為(wei)(wei)(wei)A級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)和B級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)。）GB5781為(wei)(wei)(wei)六(liu)(liu)角(jiao)(jiao)頭全牙(ya)螺(luo)(luo)絲(si)(si)，精(jing)(jing)度等(deng)級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)為(wei)(wei)(wei)C 級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)產品。可(ke)用GB5783來(lai)代替(ti)（GB5783為(wei)(wei)(wei)六(liu)(liu)角(jiao)(jiao)頭全牙(ya)螺(luo)(luo)絲(si)(si)，其(qi)(qi)(qi)精(jing)(jing)度等(deng)級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)為(wei)(wei)(wei)A級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)和B 級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)）。GB5784為(wei)(wei)(wei)細桿(gan)半(ban)牙(ya)的六(liu)(liu)角(jiao)(jiao)螺(luo)(luo)絲(si)(si)。

新(xin)(xin)標(biao)(biao)(biao)與老(lao)標(biao)(biao)(biao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)區(qu)別(bie)(bie)(bie)在(zai)(zai)(zai)于：M8、M10、M12、M14、M22系列的(de)(de)(de)(de)產品，在(zai)(zai)(zai)對(dui)(dui)邊(bian)寬度(du)(du)上有(you)所區(qu)別(bie)(bie)(bie)。除M22系列的(de)(de)(de)(de)新(xin)(xin)產品外，新(xin)(xin)標(biao)(biao)(biao)產品M8、M10、M12、M14的(de)(de)(de)(de)頭部對(dui)(dui)邊(bian)比老(lao)標(biao)(biao)(biao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)邊(bian)要小(xiao)1MM。分別(bie)(bie)(bie)為13、16、18、21MM ，而(er)M22系列的(de)(de)(de)(de)新(xin)(xin)產品，新(xin)(xin)標(biao)(biao)(biao)比老(lao)標(biao)(biao)(biao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)邊(bian)反而(er)要大2MM，應(ying)特別(bie)(bie)(bie)注意。對(dui)(dui)于頭部厚度(du)(du)，新(xin)(xin)標(biao)(biao)(biao)和老(lao)標(biao)(biao)(biao)之間略有(you)差別(bie)(bie)(bie)，在(zai)(zai)(zai)要求不(bu)是非常嚴格(ge)的(de)(de)(de)(de)情(qing)況下可(ke)以通(tong)用。 新(xin)(xin)標(biao)(biao)(biao)與德(de)標(biao)(biao)(biao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)區(qu)別(bie)(bie)(bie)在(zai)(zai)(zai)于：M10、M12、M14、M22的(de)(de)(de)(de)產品規格(ge)，在(zai)(zai)(zai)對(dui)(dui)邊(bian)寬度(du)(du)上有(you)所差別(bie)(bie)(bie)。M10、M12、M14的(de)(de)(de)(de)頭部對(dui)(dui)邊(bian)新(xin)(xin)標(biao)(biao)(biao)比德(de)標(biao)(biao)(biao)要小(xiao)1MM。而(er)M22的(de)(de)(de)(de)新(xin)(xin)產品的(de)(de)(de)(de)，其頭部對(dui)(dui)邊(bian)比德(de)標(biao)(biao)(biao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)邊(bian)寬度(du)(du)要大2MM ，其它的(de)(de)(de)(de)均可(ke)通(tong)用。

東莞(guan)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)絲廠對(dui)于(yu)六角螺(luo)(luo)(luo)帽(mao)(mao)，常用的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)標(biao)準有：GB52、GB6170、GB6172和DIN934，對(dui)于(yu)它們之(zhi)間(jian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)主(zhu)要(yao)區(qu)(qu)別有：GB6170的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)厚(hou)(hou)度(du)要(yao)比GB52、GB6172和DIN934來的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)厚(hou)(hou)，俗稱為厚(hou)(hou)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)帽(mao)(mao)。另外就是對(dui)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)上(shang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)區(qu)(qu)別，M8的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)帽(mao)(mao)系(xi)列中DIN934、GB6170、GB6172的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)對(dui)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)都是13MM比GB52的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)對(dui)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)14MM要(yao)小1MM，M10的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)帽(mao)(mao)，DIN934與GB52的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)對(dui)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)為17MM，比GB6170和GB6172的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)對(dui)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)要(yao)大1MM，M12的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)帽(mao)(mao)，DIN934、GB52的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)對(dui)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)為19MM比GB6170和GB6172的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)對(dui)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)18MM要(yao)大1MM。對(dui)于(yu)M14的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)帽(mao)(mao)，DIN934、GB52的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)對(dui)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)為22MM比GB6170和GB6172的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)對(dui)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)21MM要(yao)大1MM。另外就是M22的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)帽(mao)(mao)，DIN934、GB52的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)對(dui)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)為32MM，比GB6170、GB6172的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)對(dui)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)34MM要(yao)小2MM。（GB6170和GB6172除了其厚(hou)(hou)度(du)不一(yi)樣外，對(dui)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)寬度(du)完(wan)全一(yi)樣）其余規格(ge)在不考慮厚(hou)(hou)度(du)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)情況下，可(ke)以通用。

螺(luo)(luo)(luo)絲(si)(si)(si)標(biao)(biao)(biao)準規(gui)范(fan)在內(nei)(nei)六角(jiao)(jiao)方(fang)(fang)面(mian)，國(guo)標(biao)(biao)(biao)中(zhong)有(you)兩個版本(ben)，一(yi)(yi)(yi)個為(wei)(wei)GB70—76，76年版本(ben)，一(yi)(yi)(yi)個為(wei)(wei)GB70—85，85年版本(ben)，東莞(guan)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)絲(si)(si)(si)廠(chang)現執行DIN912的(de)(de)標(biao)(biao)(biao)準，所以在實際業務操作(zuo)中(zhong)應注意(yi)區別(bie)(bie)：其中(zhong)GB70—85與(yu)DIN912完(wan)全(quan)重合，故(gu)對(dui)(dui)于(yu)使(shi)用(yong)新標(biao)(biao)(biao)的(de)(de)情況，不存在著(zhu)差別(bie)(bie)，主要(yao)(yao)(yao)是GB70—76與(yu)DIN912之(zhi)間(jian)有(you)所區別(bie)(bie)：M8系(xi)列的(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)六角(jiao)(jiao)產(chan)(chan)品，GB70—76的(de)(de)圓(yuan)(yuan)頭(tou)(tou)徑為(wei)(wei)12.5MM,比(bi)DIN912的(de)(de)13.27MM要(yao)(yao)(yao)小(xiao)(xiao)一(yi)(yi)(yi)些(xie)(xie)(xie),M10系(xi)列的(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)六角(jiao)(jiao)產(chan)(chan)品,GB70—76的(de)(de)圓(yuan)(yuan)頭(tou)(tou)徑為(wei)(wei)15MM,比(bi)DIN912的(de)(de)16.27要(yao)(yao)(yao)小(xiao)(xiao)一(yi)(yi)(yi)些(xie)(xie)(xie),M12系(xi)列的(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)六角(jiao)(jiao),GB70—76的(de)(de)圓(yuan)(yuan)頭(tou)(tou)徑為(wei)(wei)18MM,比(bi)DIN912的(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)18.27要(yao)(yao)(yao)小(xiao)(xiao)一(yi)(yi)(yi)些(xie)(xie)(xie),另像M16、M20系(xi)列的(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)六角(jiao)(jiao)GB70—76的(de)(de)圓(yuan)(yuan)頭(tou)(tou)徑比(bi)DIN912的(de)(de)要(yao)(yao)(yao)小(xiao)(xiao)0.33MM，分(fen)別(bie)(bie)為(wei)(wei)24MM，30MM。DIN912的(de)(de)則分(fen)別(bie)(bie)為(wei)(wei)24.33MM和(he)30.33MM。另外老標(biao)(biao)(biao)與(yu)德標(biao)(biao)(biao)內(nei)(nei)六角(jiao)(jiao)之(zhi)間(jian)的(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)對(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)寬(kuan)度(du)由于(yu)標(biao)(biao)(biao)準不同而不同，GB70—76的(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)對(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)要(yao)(yao)(yao)小(xiao)(xiao)一(yi)(yi)(yi)些(xie)(xie)(xie)，在業務作(zuo)業中(zhong)也應加(jia)以注意(yi)。 另外，平時可能(neng)會用(yong)到(dao)的(de)(de)馬(ma)車螺(luo)(luo)(luo)絲(si)(si)(si)也有(you)一(yi)(yi)(yi)些(xie)(xie)(xie)區別(bie)(bie)，在此(ci)也作(zuo)一(yi)(yi)(yi)個說明，在國(guo)標(biao)(biao)(biao)中(zhong)，有(you)兩種馬(ma)車螺(luo)(luo)(luo)絲(si)(si)(si)的(de)(de)標(biao)(biao)(biao)準，即(ji)GB12（小(xiao)(xiao)半(ban)圓(yuan)(yuan)頭(tou)(tou)方(fang)(fang)頸螺(luo)(luo)(luo)絲(si)(si)(si)）和(he)GB14（大半(ban)圓(yuan)(yuan)頭(tou)(tou)方(fang)(fang)頸螺(luo)(luo)(luo)絲(si)(si)(si)），平時在市面(mian)上(shang)較常用(yong)的(de)(de)還有(you)德標(biao)(biao)(biao)標(biao)(biao)(biao)準DIN603。東莞(guan)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)絲(si)(si)(si)廠(chang)對(dui)(dui)這三者(zhe)加(jia)以區別(bie)(bie)：對(dui)(dui)于(yu)圓(yuan)(yuan)頭(tou)(tou)頸，在同一(yi)(yi)(yi)規(gui)格(ge)比(bi)較時是：GB12<GB14<DIN603< SPAN>。通常在馬(ma)車螺(luo)(luo)(luo)絲(si)(si)(si)的(de)(de)使(shi)用(yong)時，往(wang)往(wang)要(yao)(yao)(yao)求(qiu)頭(tou)(tou)頸大而厚，所以DIN603馬(ma)車螺(luo)(luo)(luo)絲(si)(si)(si)的(de)(de)標(biao)(biao)(biao)準完(wan)全(quan)符合要(yao)(yao)(yao)求(qiu)。
